AEROSCULPT
A class which combines simple aerobic routines with strength drills. Suitable for all fitness levels, Aerosculpt will improve fitness and strength.
PILATES
Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen and lengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates moves tend to target the core, while strengthening and lengthening the whole body. BYO mat.
GENTLE AERO
Simple and easy to follow strength routines are carried out using hand weights, resistance bands or just body weight. Condition muscles and build strength in this all-inclusive class, achievable for everyone.
STRAIGHT & STRONG
This is a high energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to fitness freaks. Moves such as running, lunging and jumping are combined with strength exercises such as push ups and squats.
SCULPT

DRUMBALL
Work out to the beat of your drum. This aerobics class is done using a fit ball as a drum to make a whole lot of noise and even more fun. Simple aerobic routines get the heart rate up and drumming rhythms challenges the coordination.
30/30
This combination class features 30 mins of cardio training and 30 mins of strength using hand weights. Perfect for those who want the best of both worlds.
FUSION
An exciting combination class featuring a unique blend of Yoga, Pilates and Sculpt. Suitable for all abilities and fitness levels, this class will never get boring with a new challenge each week.
YOGA
The practice of Hatha or physical yoga makes the body strong and flexible, it also improves the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems. Yoga brings about emotional stability and clarity of mind. BYO mat.

Fun dance routines are choreographed to keep the heart pumping while testing coordination and fitness. Pitched for beginners or those looking for a lighter pace of class, this class is suitable for everyone.
