STRAIGHT & STRONG
This is a high energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to fitness freaks. Moves such as running, lunging and jumping are combined with strength exercises including push ups and squats.
Simple and easy to follow strength routines are carried out using hand weights, resistance bands or just body weight. Condition muscles and build strength in this all-inclusive class, achievable for everyone.
